About the Role

The Partnership & Membership Development Officer will be responsible for expanding and managing APSS Foundation's network of donors, community partners, and membership supporters through the GN Store Program and other partnership initiatives.

The role focuses on identifying, engaging, and onboarding local businesses, institutions, community groups, faith-based organizations, philanthropists, and individual supporters who can contribute to Good Neighbors' mission through financial support, community engagement, advocacy, and long-term partnerships.

The officer will play a key role in new donor acquisition, partnership development, membership growth, donor stewardship, and relationship management. This includes building a strong pipeline of prospective supporters, converting prospects into active donors and partners, maintaining regular engagement, and ensuring high levels of donor and partner retention.

The position requires regular field travel and direct engagement with business owners, community leaders, donors, and local stakeholders across Delhi NCR, contributing to the growth of sustainable funding and community support for Good Neighbors Bharat's programs and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

Membership & Partnership Development

· Identify and approach potential GN Store Partners and community members.

· Conduct market visits, lead generation, and prospect mapping activities.

· Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective partners and members.

· Present APSS Foundation programs and partnership opportunities.

· Convert prospects into active GN Store member and community partners.

· Achieve monthly membership and partnership acquisition targets.

2. Partner Onboarding & Relationship Management

· Support partner registration, documentation, and onboarding.

· Conduct regular follow-ups and relationship-building visits.

· Ensure partner satisfaction, engagement, and renewal.

3. Community Engagement & Campaigns

· Coordinate awareness activities and partner engagement campaigns.

· Mobilize members to participate in fundraising and community initiatives.

· Promote APSS Foundation programs within local communities.

4. Reporting & Coordination

· Maintain partner records and update CRM/database.

· Track membership growth, engagement, and retention.

· Submit regular activity reports and support team coordination.

5. Compliance & Accountability

Work Location & Nature

· Field-based role across Delhi NCR.

· Frequent visits to markets, retail outlets, SMEs, educational institutions, community organizations, and local businesses.

· Competitive salary along with performance-based incentives linked to partnership and membership targets.

Education & Experience

· Graduate in any discipline.

· Preference may be given to candidates with qualifications in Social Work, Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Commerce, or Development Studies.

· 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, partnership development, fundraising, community engagement, membership management, or relationship management.

· Fresh candidates with excellent communication and networking skills may also be considered.

Language Requirements

· Fluency in English and Hindi is required.

· Additional local language skills will be an advantage.
