Salary: $75,000 - 95,000 per year Requirements:

• Hands-on coding experience gained through coursework, personal projects, or internships.
• Solid grounding in data structures, algorithms, and core web or backend concepts.
• Ability to learn rapidly and collaborate effectively in an Agile environment.
• U.S. citizen.
• Willingness to work in a hybrid setup in Washington, D.C. or Virginia.
• Ability to pass a coding assessment, background check, and drug screening.
• Preferred: Projects demonstrating AI-assisted development, such as AI-generated testing or AI-supported refactoring.
• Preferred: Exposure to cloud platforms, databases, or CI/CD workflows.
• Preferred: Interest in security, privacy, and working with sensitive data.

• We will train and place you into a client engineering team after a 10-week paid remote program.
• We will use AI-assisted DevSecOps methods to help containerize legacy applications securely while meeting compliance needs.
• We will build and maintain AI-enabled CI/CD pipelines that create security policies, container setups, and infrastructure-as-code templates from application requirements and best practices.
• We will use AI coding tools for implementation, refactoring, and documentation in line with team standards.
• We will create unit and integration tests to improve coverage and reduce defects.
• We will accelerate pull request reviews with AI-assisted summaries, risk notes, and review support.
• We will use AI to search logs and documentation to troubleshoot issues and keep work moving.
• We will collaborate with product, design, security, and compliance teams to deliver production-ready increments.
• We will contribute to Java, Spring Boot, and microservices development across the full software development lifecycle, from concept and design through testing and delivery of high-volume, low-latency applications.
• We will take part in technical solutioning and design discussions.
• We will complete proofs of concept and build end-to-end solutions throughout the development lifecycle.
• We will add new features while improving efficiency, reliability, and scalability to meet client needs.
