Construction Manager

Salary Range: $110,000 to $120,000 This role serves as the on-site Construction Manager. The individual will act as the owners representative, providing full-time field oversight of an exterior rehabilitation project in an occupied building. The position is technically focused, field-driven, and highly visible, with responsibility for schedule, quality, coordination, and risk management.
