Responsibilities:
About the role
We are scaling through Global System Integrators who implement digital transformation for manufacturing enterprises worldwide. The Strategic Alliance Manager owns these partnerships, enabling GSI delivery teams to position and close within client engagements,
ensuring we becomes the preferred factory operating layer in GSI delivery frameworks.
What you will own
• Build and own relationships with manufacturing vertical leads, practice heads, and alliance teams at target GSIs across India and
internationally
• Drive joint go-to-market plans, co-selling, co-marketing, and co-proposals, to embed Df-OS in GSI manufacturing practice offerings
• Enable GSI delivery teams: training, certifications, and playbooks so SI teams can confidently position and deploy Df-OS
• Own the partnership pipeline, deal registrations, joint account planning, revenue attribution, and quarterly business reviews
• Feed market intelligence from partner conversations into the Df-OS product roadmap
Profile snapshot
• Qualification: B. Tech preferred; MBA in Sales & Marketing an
advantage
• Experience: Minimum 3 years in partner management,
alliances, or channel sales
• Domain: Manufacturing vertical, shopfloor digitalisation, MES,
ERP, Industry 4.0
• Background: Saa S or enterprise technology; GSI or large SI
experience preferred; manufacturing exposure essential to
credibility in this role

• Relationship builder: Trusted by SI practice heads; gets meetings
others don't
• Commercial mindset: Converts relationships into pipeline —
tracks joint revenue, not meetings
• Enabler: Makes it easy for SI teams to sell Df-OS doesn't wait for
them to figure it out
• Domain credibility: Can talk manufacturing with a CIO without
needing a product deck
