Al Baraka Bank is hiring a Manager – IT / IS Audit at its Karachi office. This role is ideal for experienced professionals with strong expertise in IT governance, audit controls, and risk management within the banking sector.

Job Description

• Plan and execute IT / IS audits in line with audit methodology and global internal audit standards.

• Evaluate the effectiveness of IT / IS controls related to security, data integrity, and operational efficiency.

• Identify and assess IT / IS risks , providing recommendations for mitigation.

• Document findings and prepare detailed audit reports .

• Conduct follow-up reviews to ensure corrective actions are implemented.

• Support the development and enhancement of audit programs and methodologies .

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of IT auditing, risk assessment, and audit reporting .

• Hands‑on expertise in audit management tools .

• Familiarity with banking and financial services IT controls .

Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Computer Science, IT, or related field).

• 3–5 years of relevant experience in IT/IS Audit.

• Professional certifications like CISA, CISM, CISSP , or equivalent preferred.
