You will be the go-to service partner for private wealth advisors and their clients, delivering responsive support and a consistently great client experience while building your own career with strong training and mentorship.

What You’ll Do:Manage existing client relationships by processing requests, resolving inquiries, and keeping client information currentTake a proactive, solutions-based approach to strengthening client relationshipsOnboard new clients by gathering data and financial statements and training them on digital toolsDrive client retention through proactive outreach and documented follow-upWork with the investment, compliance, planning, and advisor teams to deliver a seamless client experienceSupport advisors with phones, scheduling, and business travelTake part in training and development to stay sharp on policies and procedures
What You Bring:2+ years of similar or related experience preferredSeries 65 license, or ability to obtain it within 120 days of hire (continued employment is contingent on obtaining it)Experience working with high-net-worth individuals and familiesProficiency with Salesforce, Microsoft Office, and AI toolsBachelor’s degree preferredA service-first mindset and strong communication skills
