Qualifications

• Strong social media marketing and social media optimization (SMO) skills for managing and growing brand presence across platforms.
• Experience in content strategy and planning, including developing calendars and aligning content with campaign objectives.
• Excellent written communication and writing skills for creating clear, engaging, and brand-aligned posts and captions.
• Ability to analyze social media insights and basic metrics to refine strategies and report on performance.
• Previous experience managing social media for consumer-facing or retail/beauty brands is preferred.
• Comfort working on-site in Gurugram, collaborating with salon teams, and capturing visual content (photos, short videos, reels).
• Familiarity with major social platforms and scheduling tools; basic design or video-editing skills (e.g., Canva, mobile editing apps) are an advantage.
• Diploma or bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
