b Overview /b p As a Principal Healthcare Data Consultant for Pre-Sales, you shape data and AI opportunities within Kainos Healthcare, guiding senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams. You combine pre-sales leadership with delivery expertise as Lead Data Architect to design scalable data solutions that improve healthcare outcomes. The role blends strategic consulting with hands-on architecture and takes on senior stakeholder engagement with national and regional healthcare bodies. You’ll craft go-to-market offerings, accelerate reusable assets, and drive data-driven transformation in UK healthcare. /p b Responsibilities /b ul li Lead early-stage client opportunities through discovery sessions and workshops with senior stakeholders /li li Qualify opportunities and develop initial proposals and positioning materials /li li Collaborate with account teams to create compelling bid responses and presentations /li li Create reusable Healthcare accelerators and offerings leveraging Data AI /li li Act as trusted advisor to national, regional, and research-based healthcare organizations /li /ul b Key requirements /b ul li Experience as a Data or AI consultant in a client-facing role with pre-sales ownership /li li Strong technical design in data architecture disciplines (data modelling, metadata management, data transformation, governance) /li li Proven delivery or assurance of large-scale Data/AI programmes in public sector or healthcare /li li Ability to lead technical delivery programmes, including mentoring and architecture assurance /li li Excellent communication and influencing skills with C-level and Director stakeholders /li li Broad understanding of modern data platforms, data integration, analytics, AI/ML, governance, and cloud technologies /li li Proficiency in at least three mainstream data technologies /li li Experience across full sales lifecycle from shaping to close /li /ul ul li communication /li li influence /li li leadership /li li data modelling /li li metadata management /li li data transformation /li /ul
