Trek is seeking a seasoned mechanical engineer to lead wheel design and development for high-performance road wheels, including carbon rims, hubs, and spoke configurations. You’ll translate rider feedback into specs and partner with Trek racing teams and internal groups to drive innovation.

Requirements include a mechanical engineering degree with 5+ years in product development, Onshape CAD proficiency, and hands-on prototyping and manufacturing experience. Travel may be required.
