Sales Specialist

About the Role We’re looking for a motivated, energetic, and confident Sales Specialist to join our growing team. This is a remote role open to candidates based in India who can work UK hours. This role is ideal for someone who: Has an outgoing and enthusiastic personality Speaks English fluently and confidently Enjoys talking to people and building relationships Is comfortable making outbound calls Is ambitious, target-driven, and proactive Thrives in a fast-paced environment We especially welcome applications from young professionals looking to grow quickly in an international sales environment. You’ll be responsible for finding new landlords, speaking with them, and onboarding their properties into our UK portfolio. What You'll Do Find and contact landlords Make outbound calls and set appointments Follow up and manage leads Onboard properties and complete documents Build strong landlord relationships Work closely with the UK team Meet and exceed targets Who We're Looking For Excellent spoken English and communication skills Confident and professional on calls Strong people skills and positive energy Sales/customer service experience is a plus Comfortable with targets and fast-paced work Responsible, proactive, and self-motivated Work Schedule UK Shift: 1:30 PM – 10:30 PM IST Working Days: 6 days a week Saturday: Work From Home (except peak periods if required) Weekly Off: One fixed day What We Offer Salary Range: ₹25,000 to ₹45,000 based on experience Growth opportunities in an expanding international company Exposure to the UK property market Young, supportive, and ambitious team environment
