Location: Street No. 1, Banda Bahadur Colony, Bahadur Ke Road, Ludhiana, Punjab Job Type: Full-Time We are a growing sportswear manufacturing company specializing in Gents' & Boys' Tracksuits, Lowers, and Light Upper Wear . We are looking for a creative and passionate Fashion Designer who understands the latest market trends and can develop commercially successful products while coordinating with our production team to ensure smooth execution. Key ResponsibilitiesFashion Design & Product Development Design innovative and market-oriented Gents' & Boys' Tracksuits, Lowers, and Light Upper Wear. Research the latest fashion trends, colors, fabrics, silhouettes, and customer preferences. Develop seasonal collections and fresh product concepts. Create practical, stylish, and commercially viable designs. Select suitable fabrics, trims, labels, prints, branding elements, and accessories. Improve garment fit, styling, detailing, comfort, and overall product appeal. Work on packaging ideas and product presentation to enhance brand value. Production Coordination Coordinate with the production team and outsourced fabricators to ensure designs are executed correctly. Provide technical guidance on garment construction, measurements, and finishing. Assist in production planning by ensuring design-related requirements are communicated clearly. Monitor sample development and production progress to maintain quality and timelines. Help resolve design or production-related issues during manufacturing. Quality & Market Development Stay updated with the latest sportswear and activewear trends. Continuously suggest new product ideas, fabrics, styling details, and value additions. Ensure finished products meet quality standards and customer expectations. Requirements 2–5+ years of experience as a Fashion Designer in the garment industry. Strong experience in designing Gents' & Boys' Tracksuits, Lowers, and Light Upper Wear. Excellent understanding of garment construction, fabrics, trims, fitting, and finishing. Good knowledge of current fashion and sportswear market trends. Ability to coordinate effectively with production teams and fabricators. Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of CorelDRAW, Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar design software will be preferred.
