Junior Interior Designer

Junior Interior Designer Location: Hyderabad Experience: Minimum 3 Years Employment Type: Full-Time About Voxela: Voxela is a bespoke luxury architecture and interior design studio creating thoughtfully designed residential and commercial spaces. We believe great design is built on creativity, technical precision, attention to detail and seamless execution. We are looking for a passionate Junior Interior Designer who is eager to grow in a fast-paced design environment and contribute to high-quality projects from concept development to execution. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in designing luxury residential and commercial interior projects. • Develop concept presentations, mood boards, layouts and material palettes. • Prepare detailed working drawings and design documentation. • Coordinate with senior designers to translate concepts into executable drawings. • Prepare 2D drawings, furniture layouts, ceiling plans, elevations and detailed joinery drawings. • Research and source materials, finishes, furniture, lighting and décor elements. • Coordinate with vendors, consultants and site teams to ensure smooth project execution. • Conduct site visits and assist in resolving on-site design challenges. • Maintain project documentation and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks. We're Looking For: • Minimum * *3 years of experience in an architecture or interior design firm. • Experience working on residential and/or commercial interior projects. • Good understanding of space planning, furniture layouts and design detailing. • Knowledge of materials, finishes and construction methods. • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Photoshop and presentation software. • Good communication and presentation skills. • Ability to manage multiple tasks while meeting deadlines. • Passion for learning and delivering thoughtful, high-quality design. This Role Is Not Suitable If: • Your experience is limited to modular kitchen or wardrobe design only. • You have primarily worked as a draftsman without design involvement. • You are only comfortable creating 3D renders without technical drawings. • You are looking for an execution-only role. • You are unable to share a portfolio showcasing your own work.
