Lead and participate in the full lifecycle implementation of Oracle Cloud HCM.<br />Configure the Oracle Cloud Applications to meet business requirements and document the configurations. Work closely with HR teams and other stakeholders to understand their needs and provide solutions.<br /><br />Primary Modules- Core HR and Talent Management with hands-on experience in Redwood UI implementation<li><p>Lead and support Redwood UI adoption across Core HR and Talent Management modules. </p> </li><li><p>Drive requirement gathering, fit–gap analysis, solution design, and module configuration. </p> </li><li><p>Configure and support Core HR, Absence Management, Benefits, Payroll, OTL, and Talent Management modules based on business requirements. </p> </li><li><p>Participate in functional testing, UAT support, and deployment activities, ensuring smooth implementation. </p> </li><li><p>Act as a subject matter expert for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, guiding clients through design, configuration, and implementation phases. </p> </li><li><p>Troubleshoot and resolve functional issues across HCM modules. </p> </li><li><p>Collaborate with technical teams on reports, integrations, data conversions, workflows, security, and extensions. </p> </li><li><p>Validate technical components and support resolution of implementation issues. </p> </li><li><p>Support clients during all testing phases and post‑deployment stabilization. </p> </li><li><p>Develop end‑user documentation and training materials for Fusion HCM solutions. </p> </li><li><p>Conduct client demos and workshops, tailoring sessions to showcase value and address client needs. </p> </li><li><p>Lead and contribute to RFP responses, working closely with sales and technical teams to deliver high‑quality proposals. </p> </li><li><p>Oversee and manage offshore deliverables, ensuring quality, timelines, and alignment with project goals. </p> </li><li><p>Lead discussions and demos with onshore teams and clients, ensuring alignment and clarity. </p> </li><li><p>Ensure high client satisfaction through effective collaboration across global teams. </p> </li><li><p>Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM, particularly Global HR and Talent Management. </p> </li><li><p>Hands‑on experience with Redwood UI. </p> </li><li><p>Experience in workflows, security configurations, and OTBI reporting. </p> </li><li><p>Proven experience working on Oracle HCM Cloud implementations in global, multi‑cultural environments. </p> </li><li><p>Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills. </p> </li><li><p>Familiarity with Agile / Iterative delivery methodologies. </p> </li><li><p>Bachelor’s degree required; MBA (HRMS) preferred. </p> </li><li><p>Immediate joiners up to the Senior Associate level are preferred. </p> </li><p></p><p><b><b>Position Level </b> </b> </p> <p></p>Senior Associate<p></p><p><b><b>Country </b> </b> </p> <p></p>India
