Position SummaryThe Marketing and Social Media Manager leads GMED’s marketing strategy and brings the Gentera brand to life across all channels. This role oversees social media, campaigns, and creative partners while collaborating with providers, sales, and patient experience teams. The ideal candidate is creative, hands-on, comfortable on camera, and skilled at turning ideas into engaging content that drives growth.
Reporting and CollaborationReports to: Chief Strategy and Operating OfficerOversees: Digital marketing team, graphic designer, and web developerCollaborates with: Providers, sales, patient experience, and leadership
What You’ll DoMarketing Strategy and CampaignsDevelop and execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, paid advertising, website, and events.Plan promotions and launches for memberships, services, and new programs.Manage the marketing budget, content calendar and project timelines.Coordinate creative partners, CRM automations and integrations.Maintain consistent branding across all channels.Social Media and ContentManage social media from planning and filming to editing, publishing, and engagement.Create and schedule video, photo, captions, emails, and newsletter content.Film in the clinic, feature providers, and attend events as a brand representative.Create educational content that builds trust in our services.Respond to comments and messages, directing inquiries to the sales team promptly.Sales, Partnerships and EventsPartner with sales to generate leads and grow memberships and services.Turn patient questions and feedback into relevant content and campaigns.Develop collaborations with local businesses, wellness and luxury brands, and creators.Plan and promote clinic, partner, and community events.Reporting and GrowthTrack marketing performance, share monthly results, and recommend improvements.Monitor industry trends and bring new ideas to the team.
What We’re Looking For4+ years of marketing experience, particularly in digital marketing and social media.Hands-on video filming, editing, and publishing skills using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Canva, or similar tools.Experience managing campaigns across social media, email, and paid advertising.Ability to coordinate designers, agencies and creative teams.Strong writing skills, creativity and attention to detail.Comfortable on camera and representing a brand.Ability to analyze performance data and improve results.Organized, collaborative, and skilled at managing multiple projects.Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
Nice to HaveHealthcare, wellness, aesthetics, or luxury brand experience.Familiarity with HIPAA and healthcare marketing guidelines.Experience with CRM, email marketing, and project management tools.Bilingual in English and Spanish.
