Role Description This full-time, on-site Junior Architect role is based in Bengaluru. The Junior Architect will support senior team members in developing architectural concepts, preparing drawings and 3D models, and assisting with design presentations. Daily responsibilities include producing detailed plans and sections, coordinating with consultants on structural and services inputs, and helping to integrate design changes throughout the project lifecycle. The role involves participating in site visits, documenting progress, and assisting with basic project coordination and documentation. The Junior Architect will also contribute to design reviews, maintain project files, and ensure work adheres to relevant codes and standards.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess core skills in Architecture and Architectural Design, including concept development, space planning, and preparation of drawings and visualizations.
• Candidates should possess skills in Project Management, such as task coordination, timeline tracking, and documentation support for design and construction phases.
• Candidates should possess skills in Integration and Software Development as applied to architecture, including the ability to work with design.
• Relevant qualifications include a professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or equivalent), proficiency in CAD and 3D modeling software, and familiarity with local building codes and regulations.
• Beneficial skills include strong communication and collaboration abilities, attention to detail, willingness to learn, and prior internship or junior-level experience in an architectural office.
