Reservation Agent - PM Shift

Reservation AgentWe are seeking a Reservation Agent to join our team for the PM shift. The Reservation Agent will be responsible for assisting customers with their reservations, providing information about our resort, handling cancellations or changes to reservations, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the process.Qualifications:High school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious experience in customer service or a related field preferredExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to multitask in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in using reservation software or the ability to learn new software quicklyResponsibilities:Answering incoming calls and assisting customers with booking reservationsProviding information about services, rates, and availabilityHandling cancellations and changes to reservations as neededResolving customer complaints or issues in a professional mannerMaintaining accurate records of reservations and customer interactionsCollaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experienceFollowing company policies and procedures to provide high-quality serviceWorking Hours:This position is for the PM shift, with specific hours to be determined based on business needs.
