TITLE: SALES AND CONTENT LEADREPORTS TO: STORE MANAGERJOB DESCRIPTION:Estelle Colored Glass’ Sales and Content Lead is whip-smart, go-getting, proactive andorganized person who is passionate about delivering an exceptional retail and customer serviceexperience, and passionate about creating Branded Content for Estelle Colored Glass. They actas brand ambassadors and provide a best-in-class retail experience. They are the host of theparty that provides a smooth retail experience to our customers, supports our mocktail bar, and drives traffic to our flagship store through social media.

REQUIREMENTSGenuine enthusiasm for retail and content creation who holds an outgoing, friendly demeanor.An ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment. The ideal candidate is a naturalcommunicator, personable and has incredible attention to detail and a healthy sprinkle ofperfectionism. This person embodies the Estelle attitude - a positive, fun, curious person wholoves people and driving sales through social media. We require open availability, including weekends and holidays for this position.This position reports to the Store Manager.
AVAILABILITY DURING PEAK TIMESAs a full-time member of our retail team, we ask for flexibility during our busiest times of year.The fourth quarter (holiday season) and other peak periods are especially important for ourbusiness, and we typically need all hands on deck to support our customers. Because of this,time-off requests—including vacations—may be limited or not approved during these black outtimes. We encourage team members to plan personal travel and extended time off outside ofthese peak seasons.STOREFRONT & RETAIL EXPERIENCE● Interact with each customer with the goal of introducing the brand, answering productquestions, closing the sale, and building a long-term client relationship.● Offer every customer an opportunity to enjoy a complimentary mocktail in one of ourEstelle glasses.● Ensure the sales floor is stocked and tidy at all times while adhering to inventoryguidelines.● Participate in nightly cleanings of store and bar areas● Oversee customer flow and Estelle experience.● Ensures visual merchandising standards are maintained, the store is always client-readyand tidy at all times.● Actively maintain a strong customer service presence on the sales floor to deter theftand ensure a positive shopping experience for customers.● Process transactions accurately, while handling credit cards and gift cards. ( We do notaccept cash.)● Participate in store events or client-related events as needed, representing the brand andenhancing client relationships (These could be outside of normal business hours.)● Follow store opening and closing procedures.● Partner with the Store Manager and Marketing team to captain instore content creationon a daily/weekly basis, as needed for any social media and other relevant channels toincrease engagement, attract new customers, and support overall marketing goals.
