Key Responsibilities

• On‑Site Technical Support for users, addressing hardware and software issues.
• Field equipment deployment and maintenance.
• Site readiness and project support.
• Incident and service request management.
• Inventory and asset management.
• Security and compliance support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in field support or IT operations.
• Strong knowledge of desktop support, basic networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
• Understanding of Microsoft Windows OS, Office applications, and Microsoft 365 basics.
• Ability to travel frequently between sites.
