Testing Psychologist

Kaiser Permanente seeks a Testing Psychologist to lead evidence-based evaluation of our digital health products in an information technology and software environment. You will design, validate, and administer psychological tests to understand user behavior, cognitive load, and patient engagement across our platforms. Partnering closely with engineers, product managers, and UX teams, you will turn complex data into actionable insights that shape product roadmaps. You will ensure ethical and regulatory compliance, contribute to A/B testing strategies, and continuously refine research methods to improve patient and provider experiences.
