Your future tasks

• Maintaining customer relationship by responding to inquiries, documenting actions
• Responds to customer inquiries after understanding it
• Communicating with customers through email or chat or over the phone
• Improving quality of services by recommending improved processes
• Providing outstanding customer service

What we look for

• A German language expert. B2 from Goethe Institute/ Diploma from Ranade Institute or equivalent degree from any other institution
• Freshers & those who have experienced in German language field
• High organizational skills and confident expression in spoken & written German language. Listing skills – both in German & English
• Ability to work in a team, should be flexible, friendly and open nature
• Convincing appearance, should possess qualities of persistence and resilience
• Must have very good MS-Office knowledge
• Immediate Joiner will be given preference
