We're Hiring – Motion Graphics Designer

We are looking for a creative and talented Motion Graphics Designer to join our team at Lulu Mall Calicut.

Location: Calicut, Kerala

Experience: 2–5 Years

Qualification: Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Graphic Design, Multimedia, Animation, Visual Communication, or a related field

Employment Type: Full-Time

Immediate Joiners Preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Design and develop high-quality motion graphics and animations for digital marketing campaigns

Create promotional videos, event teasers, advertisements, and social media content

Collaborate with Marketing, Events, and Branding teams to execute creative campaigns

Edit and enhance video footage with visual effects, transitions, sound, and motion elements

Develop content for LED screens, digital signages, social media platforms, and website promotions

Ensure all creative outputs align with brand guidelines

Stay updated with the latest design trends, animation techniques, and digital marketing practices

Manage multiple projects while ensuring timely delivery

Requirements:

2–5 years of experience in Motion Graphics Design, Video Editing, or Digital Content Creation

Proficiency in Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator, and related software

Strong understanding of animation principles, typography, color theory, and visual storytelling

Experience creating content for social media and digital marketing platforms

Knowledge of 3 D animation tools such as Cinema 4 D, Blender, or similar software will be an added advantage

Creative mindset with strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills
