Role Description The Area Manager for a fast casual restaurant chain will oversee multiple locations in the Greater Pittsburgh Region in a full-time, on-site capacity. This role is responsible for leading and supporting general managers, ensuring consistent operational standards, and driving guest satisfaction across all assigned units. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, managing labor and food costs, reviewing store-level metrics, and implementing company initiatives. The Area Manager will visit restaurants regularly to coach teams, ensure compliance with food safety and cleanliness standards, and address service or quality concerns. The role also involves participating in hiring and talent development, conducting performance reviews, and collaborating with senior leadership on regional growth, marketing, and community outreach efforts.
