We are seeking a full or part-time optometrist to join our growing practice. Since 1980 the doctors and staff of our private practice have been providing comprehensive eye care, including primary eye care for the whole family, with an emphasis on ophthalmic disease diagnosis and treatment. We currently have three ophthalmologists with two state-of-the-art locations in the coastal Virginia area. Hampton Roads is situated along the coast of Virginia and is home to more than 1.7 million people. Our area is a wonderful place to live, with great schools, restaurants, museums, concerts, and art festivals. We have numerous outdoor activities including extensive bike trails, hiking, boating, fishing, and, of course, the beach. We are looking for a dedicated professional with great interpersonal skills to join our practice. A successful candidate will have an interest in providing a full range of optometric care and establishing long term relationships with our patients. New graduates are welcome to apply. We offer a competitive compensation package with a base salary and productivity bonus. Other benefits include health insurance, a 401(k) and profit sharing retirement plan, and paid vacation. You will also receive an annual stipend to support clinical education.
