SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central & Middle East Payroll Lead Consultant

Company Name: WillwareTechnologies Role:SAP HCM Payroll with EC Experience:8 Years Location: Bangalore WorkMode: Hybrid Job Summary We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) & Middle East Payroll Lead Consultant / Architect with a strong consulting background and hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors EC, Employee Central Payroll (ECP), and Middle East payroll implementations . The candidate will be responsible for leading end-to-end HR and payroll transformation projects, designing scalable solutions, managing stakeholder requirements, and supporting multi-country payroll rollouts across the Middle East region . Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation and rollout projects for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central and Middle East Payroll/ECP . Conduct requirement gathering, fit-gap analysis, workshops, and solution design with business stakeholders. Configure and support Employee Central including organizational structure, employee data, workflows, business rules, and foundation objects. Design and implement SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) solutions aligned with local payroll requirements. Configure payroll processes, payroll schemas, rules, wage types, and relevant payroll components. Provide functional expertise on Middle East statutory payroll requirements . Work with country-specific requirements such as GOSI, WPS, gratuity, end-of-service benefits, leave, and other statutory deductions/contributions , as applicable. Lead integration between SuccessFactors EC, ECP, and third-party systems . Work closely with technical, integration, HR, payroll, and business teams to ensure successful solution delivery. Manage stakeholder communication, project risks, dependencies, and delivery milestones. Support data migration, testing, UAT, cutover, go-live, and post-go-live stabilization . Provide mentoring and knowledge transfer to junior consultants. Identify opportunities for process improvements and continuous optimization of HR and payroll solutions. Must-Have Skills Strong hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) . Strong experience in SAP Employee Central Payroll (ECP) / SAP Payroll . Proven experience in Middle East Payroll implementations . Strong understanding of Middle East payroll statutory and compliance requirements . Experience with GOSI, WPS, gratuity, end-of-service benefits, and statutory deductions/contributions . Experience in end-to-end implementation and multi-country rollouts . Strong knowledge of EC configuration, business rules, workflows, foundation objects, and employee data management . Experience with payroll configuration, schemas, rules, wage types, and payroll processing . Strong experience in requirement gathering, solution design, stakeholder management, and consulting. Good-to-Have Skills Experience with multiple Middle East countries such as Saudi Arabia, UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, and Oman . Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations and Employee Central–ECP integration . Knowledge of SAP HCM Payroll . Experience in global HR transformation programs. SuccessFactors certifications in Employee Central / Employee Central Payroll . Experience in post-go-live support and payroll stabilization.
