The Opportunity Next Match AI LLC  is seeking a highly structured, detail-driven  Accountant  to oversee daily general ledger operations, cross-border transaction records, and corporate balance sheet management. As our automated candidate matching networks and foundational  HR API  infrastructure scale commercially across North America, Europe, and the GCC, maintaining immaculate transactional records and clean reconciliation loops is a central operational mandate.
Operating completely remote from within India, you will maintain full oversight of accounts payable and receivable pipelines, verify digital gateway revenue streams, and ensure rigorous audit compliance. You will serve as a vital financial link within our distributed operations, collaborating daily with our core administrative and executive cell in  Abu Dhabi.
Key Responsibilities General Ledger Governance:  Maintain, audit, and close monthly financial records, balancing corporate journals and ledger structures with flawless data integrity.
Subscription Revenue Reconciliation:  Execute daily and weekly tracking, matching, and reconciliation of multi-currency Saa S platform inflows generated via global payment gateways (such as Stripe).
Accounts Payable & Receivable Operations:  Manage vendor invoicing structures, coordinate outbound payment pipelines, issue accurate corporate billing files, and manage B2 B collections frameworks.
Cash Flow & Expense Reconciliation:  Track corporate card expenses, verify remote team payroll records, and cross-reference multi-currency account statements against internal accounting logs.
Audit & Compliance Management:  Assemble clean financial packages, balance sheets, and income statements to support end-of-year tax declarations and external financial audits.
Who You Are (Requirements) Proven Accounting Background:  3+ years of professional corporate accounting experience, preferably within a fast-paced technology company, international B2 B Saa S platform, or global digital services firm.
Cloud Accounting Ecosystem Literacy:  Deep hands-on experience navigating modern, multi-currency cloud accounting solutions and financial software frameworks (specifically Quick Books Online, Xero, Tally Prime, or equivalent cloud ERP platforms).
Gateway & Reconciliation Comfort:  Highly comfortable tracking digital transactions, understanding payout processing timelines, and reconciling digital merchant ledger files (Stripe/Pay Pal configurations).
Advanced Spreadsheet Modeling:  High proficiency using Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets to manipulate large datasets, structure conditional formulas, and build clear data reconciliation models.
Elite Communication Precision:  Flawless professional verbal and written English communication skills; a natural ability to structure precise, courteous professional correspondence with international client accounting cells and corporate vendors.
Education & Credentials:  Bachelor’s degree in Commerce (B. Com), Accounting, Finance, or a related field. Professional qualifications (such as CA Inter, CMA, or equivalent corporate training) are highly preferred.

Base Salary:   ₹8,40,000 – ₹10,50,000 INR per annum  (Paid out in equal monthly installments, dependent on depth of cross-border corporate accounting experience).
