We are expanding rapidly and are looking for a high–impact Manager for enterprise sales for GEMS.

Role Overview

The Manager – Sales will be responsible for driving new customer acquisition, managing the complete sales cycle, and building strong relationships with decision-makers. The role requires a hands-on, consultative seller who can open doors, build credibility, and close mid-to-large enterprise deals.

Key Responsibilities Drive sales for the GEMS platform within NBFCs and BFSI organizations. Identify, prospect, and engage CXOs, functional heads, and strategy/transformation leaders. Manage the complete sales lifecycle—from lead generation and discovery to proposal, negotiation, and closure. Conduct product demos and solution discussions tailored to client needs. Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline and forecast accurately. Represent Excelrate at industry events, forums, and networking platforms.

Desired Candidate Profile 2 years of experience in enterprise/B2 B sales (Saa S, BFSI tech, consulting, performance management, or enterprise solutions). Prior exposure to NBFCs or Financial Services ecosystem is strongly preferred. Demonstrated ability to close mid-sized to large enterprise deals. Strong consultative selling and presentation skills. Ability to work independently with high ownership in a startup or growth-stage environment. Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
