They’re looking for an ambitious, early-career Project Executive. This could be a Senior PM ready to step up, or a newer PX looking to grow with a firm that invests in its people.

What you’ll do
Oversee multiple luxury custom home and estate renovation projects from preconstruction through closeoutAct as the main point of contact for high-net-worth clients, architects and designersLead and mentor PMs and Superintendents to deliver on schedule, budget and qualityManage budgets, contracts, change orders and project financialsHelp shape the firm’s processes and growth
What you bring
7+ years in high-end residential construction, including time as a Senior PM or PXA track record on multimillion-dollar custom homes or major renovationsPolished communication skills and confidence with demanding clientsStrong financial and contract management skillsA hunger to grow into a senior leadership role
