Job Description

Ø Clinical audit of a patient’s Electronic Hospital Records (EHR)

Ø Focusing on evaluation, assessment, treatment, and monitoring of existing or missing clinical conditions in EHR

Ø Query the physician on missing documentation for final diagnosis, leading to strengthening of documentation on medical records

Ø Clinical interpretation of medical diagnosis and assigning of the ICD-10 (International Classification of Diseases) codes based on the available clinical documentation for insurance claim submission

Ø Experience in US Healthcare would be added advantage

Ø Candidates with ECFMG Certification / USMLE Scores can also apply

Education Qualification

Ø MBBS + Masters is Mandatory (MHM/MHA/MBA)

Ø Hiring for HYDERABAD and BANGALORE Location

Ø Salary - 10L to 18L based on skills and experience
