Position Summary:Aegis Worldwide is partnered with a manufacturer in the Greenville, OH area who is seeking an Inventory Supervisor who will support production, logistics, and supply chain functions across the facility.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience: Previous experience in inventory control, warehouse, logistics, or supply chainTechnical Skills: Proficiency in inventory management systems and Microsoft Office 365Analytical Abilities: Ability to interpret data and identify trends for improved decision-making.Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.Organizational Skills: Strong attention to detailCommunication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Job Responsibilities:Oversee Inventory Operations: Manage the receipt, storage, organization, and distribution of materials and products.Ensure Inventory Accuracy: Maintain up-to-date records and reconcile physical counts with system data.Lead and Support a Team: Supervise and guide a team, including:2 Inventory Clerks1 Cycle Counter6 Material HandlersAnalyze Data & Drive Improvement: Review inventory data to identify trends, forecast needs, and recommend process enhancements.Implement Policies & Controls: Develop and enforce inventory control procedures to optimize efficiency and reduce discrepancies.Conduct Audits: Oversee regular cycle counts and audits to ensure data integrity.Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Partner with purchasing, logistics, and production teams to support seamless operations. xzbcwsv Assist with Replenishment: Support ordering, restocking, and material availability planning.
