The Citizen Foundation seeks a Head of Products & Analytics to lead strategy, development, performance management, and continuous improvement of fundraising products, donor journeys, analytics, and supporting systems across TCF and its global partners.

You will translate donor insights into actionable plans, oversee the Donor Management System, dashboards, data governance, reporting standards, and automation initiatives to ensure reliable, scalable systems and informed decision-making.
