The ideal candidate will have an RN license in the state of work, two years of RN experience with hospice experience preferred, and the ability to self-manage time and schedule. Key Responsibilities Provide management and delivery of patient care plans Consistently meet critical deadlines for charting Self-manage time and schedule Schedule and Shift Details Schedule: Full-time weekdays, on call every 3rd week Travel Occasional local travel Qualifications Required Associate degree or higher Hospice (2+ years) 1+ years of experience in ANY of the following: Electronic Medical Record (EMR) Other EMR TruChart EHR Valid Registered Nurse (RN) in Pennsylvania (PA) Do you have a valid Driver's License, Reliable Mode of Transportation, and Auto Insurance (all 3)?
