Data Analyst

We are looking for a skilled and analytical Data Analyst to join the Food Galery team. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing business, customer, restaurant, delivery, and order data to identify trends, improve operational efficiency, and support data-driven decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
Collect, clean, and analyze Food Galery’s business and operational data.
Analyze orders, customers, restaurants, delivery performance, cancellations, and revenue.
Create daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports.
Track key metrics such as order volume, average order value, customer retention, conversion rate, and revenue.
Identify trends and provide actionable business insights.
Monitor restaurant and delivery partner performance.
Analyze customer behavior and purchasing patterns.
Support marketing teams by measuring campaign performance and ROI.
Build dashboards and data visualizations for management.
Identify data quality issues and maintain accurate reporting.
Work with product, operations, finance, and marketing teams to improve business performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
Experience with SQL and data analysis.
Knowledge of Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI tools is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good understanding of statistics and business metrics.
Ability to present complex data in a simple and understandable manner.
Freshers with strong analytical skills and relevant projects may also apply.
