At the Craven County Jail , you‘ll work alongside a dedicated healthcare team providing essential medical care while enjoying a structured 35-hour-per-week rotating schedule .

What You‘ll Do

• Provide nursing care and treatment to patients within the facility
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered
• Perform assessments and respond to patient healthcare needs
• Monitor and document patient conditions and care
• Collaborate with providers and the healthcare team
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
• Respond appropriately to urgent and emergent medical needs
• Promote a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment
• Follow all facility and company policies and procedures
