Accounts Payable Specialist: Detail-Driven & Process Expert

ibex is seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Associate to join the Finance team. You will support invoice processing, reconciliation, and payment workflows while maintaining accurate records. Key activities include managing the AP email inbox, updating an Excel tracker for PO invoices, and performing three-way matching between POs, invoices, and receipts.

Experience with ERP systems and basic GAAP is preferred. Strong analytical and organizational skills are essential.
