We are currently hiring a Full-Time Cook to prepare high-quality, nutritious meals for our residents while helping create an exceptional dining experience. Available Openings Schedule: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Rotating Weekends Required Cook Responsibilities Prepare and cook meals according to standardized recipes and production schedules Ensure food is prepared, plated, and presented according to quality standards Follow all food safety, sanitation, and infection prevention guidelines Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment Properly store, label, and rotate food products Assist with meal preparation, special events, and catering as needed Monitor food quality, temperatures, and portion sizes Collaborate with the Culinary Services team to ensure an exceptional dining experience for residents Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently Support a positive, team-oriented work environment Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred Previous cooking experience in a restaurant, healthcare, senior living, hospitality, or institutional setting preferred Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time management skills Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Dependable attendance and punctuality Benefits May Include Competitive pay Medical, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off 403(b) with a 50% match up to 4% Employee referral opportunities Career advancement opportunities On-Demand Pay Pet Insurance Free Life Insurance What We're Looking For We're seeking someone who: Has a passion for preparing quality meals Takes pride in delivering excellent service Works well in a collaborative team environment Is dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Enjoys serving older adults and creating memorable dining experiences
