Parts and Service Sales Representative

• Prospect and acquire new parts and service customers
• Establish and build strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Conduct sales calls, site visits, and promote parts and service solutions
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline and territory growth strategy
• Prepare quotes, negotiate pricing, and close sales while maintaining margin targets
• Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts
• Coordinate with parts and service teams to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-through
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, pipeline, and customer records
• Meet or exceed sales goals, KPIs, and activity targets
• Track and report on sales performance, pipeline, and forecasts
• Report market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights
• Support marketing campaigns, promotions, and customer events
• Identify customer pain points and recommend solutions and process improvements
• Escalate urgent customer issues appropriately while maintaining ownership of resolution
