Roles & Responsibilities

Work Location : Navi Mumbai, Greater Noida & Bangalore

Experience range : 4 to 10 Years

Oversee IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud systems.

Ensure the security and compliance of IT systems.

Manage IT support teams and provide guidance on troubleshooting issues.

Monitor system performance and implement upgrades as needed.

Ensure business continuity through disaster recovery and backup plans.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and cybersecurity threats.

Requirements & Skills

Proven experience as an IT Operations Manager, IT Manager, or similar role.

Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, cloud computing, and cybersecurity.

Experience with IT service management (ITSM) frameworks like ITIL.

Familiarity with network security protocols, firewalls, and data protection.

Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

Proficiency in system monitoring, IT automation, and troubleshooting tools.

Ability to manage IT budgets and optimize cost efficiency.

Strong communication and project management skills.

Reporting - MIS
