The QVE (Quality Value Engineering) Technical Lead role at Schneider Electric is a specialized leadership position focused on driving cost optimization, quality improvements, and value engineering initiatives across product lines. Key Responsibilities: . Value Engineering Leadership Lead QVE initiatives to reduce product costs while maintaining or improving quality and performance. Work closely with R&D, procurement, manufacturing, and marketing teams to identify and implement cost-saving opportunities Collaborate with global HUBs and regional teams (e.g., China, France) to ensure alignment and knowledge transfer. Oversee multiple QVE projects simultaneously, Align with all stakeholders (Quality, Indus, GSC..) to ensure they are delivered on time, within budget, and meet performance target
