Key Responsibilities: Welcome and assist guests with warmth and professionalism. Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the guest journey. Handle guest requests, inquiries, and complaints efficiently. Coordinate with Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and other departments to ensure seamless service. Maintain high grooming and presentation standards at all times. Provide personalized service to VIP and high-profile guests. Ensure compliance with hotel SOPs and luxury service standards. Build positive guest relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty. Assist in resolving guest concerns promptly and professionally. Represent the hotel's brand values through outstanding hospitality. Eligibility Criteria: Minimum 5 years of experience in a luxury hotel or premium hospitality property. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong customer service and problem-solving abilities. Professional grooming and polished personality. Ability to work in rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays. Strong teamwork and coordination skills.
