Role - Video Editor/Producer

Location - Delhi

Work Mode - Hybrid

Experience - 1-5 years

Key responsibilities:

• Edit short-form Videos/Reels, YouTube shorts, and other social-first video content
• Support video production, including shoot planning, coordination and execution
• Work closely with the content and social media teams to bring creative ideas to life
• Handle basic shooting and production requirements when required
• Add graphics, transitions, captions, music and other elements to videos
• Create basic social media creatives, thumbnails, banners and other graphic assets
• Repurpose existing/long-form content into engaging short-form formats
• Ensure quick turnaround while maintaining quality and brand consistency

Ideal skills:

• Strong video editing skills with proficiency in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar tools
• Good understanding of Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and social-first video formats
• Strong sense of storytelling, pacing, visual composition and current content trends
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools such as Canva, Photoshop or Illustrator
• Basic production and shooting knowledge
• Ability to independently take a project from brief to final output
• Prior experience in a digital media/content environment would be preferred
