Location: India (Remote)
Role Summary
We are looking for a hands-on Agile Project Manager with Scrum coordination experience to support engineering and delivery operations for a growing global technology initiative. The role requires strong project tracking, cross-functional coordination, process documentation, and operational governance skills.
Key Responsibilities
Digital transformation
Run Agile ceremonies including standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews
Track project progress, sprint velocity, risks, dependencies, and delivery status
Coordinate across engineering, architecture, and business teams
Manage and validate system access requests and escalate when needed
Coordinate onboarding of reusable assets into Share Point/repository platforms
Work with multiple stakeholders to ensure timely asset publishing and documentation
Maintain SDLC/process documentation and delivery workflows
Support operational governance and continuous process improvement initiatives
Required Skills
5+ years of Project Management experience in technology environments
Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum methodologies
Experience with Jira, Confluence, Share Point, or similar tools
Excellent coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage both project tracking and operational tasks independently
