This role requires extensive travel across our hotels in <b>Gangtok, Darjeeling, Lachung, Pelling, and Siliguri</b> to train teams, conduct audits, and ensure consistent guest experience standards.</p><p><br /></p><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Conduct <b>induction, orientation, refresher, and on-the-job training</b> for hotel employees across properties.</li><li>Train teams on <b>Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), service standards, grooming, guest handling, upselling, and complaint management</b>.</li><li>Conduct <b>operational, hygiene, and service quality audits</b> to ensure compliance with brand standards.</li><li>Identify <b>skill gaps</b>, implement development plans, and coach employees, supervisors, and team leaders.</li><li>Develop and update <b>training materials, SOPs, assessments, and operational checklists</b>.</li><li>Monitor <b>guest experience standards</b> and drive continuous improvement initiatives across all hotels.</li><li>Submit <b>audit and training reports</b>, track action plans, and support operational excellence initiatives.</li><li>Travel extensively across <b>Udaan Hotels &amp; Resorts properties</b> to ensure consistent training and service delivery.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><b>Desired Candidate Profile</b></p><ul><li>Graduate / Diploma in <b>Hotel Management or Hospitality Management</b>.</li><li><b>2-3 years of experience</b> as a Hotel Trainer or in hotel operations as a <b>Team Leader / Supervisor</b> with reputed hotel chains.</li><li>Strong knowledge of <b>hotel operations, SOPs, service standards, hygiene, and guest experience management</b>.</li><li>Excellent <b>communication, training, coaching, and presentation skills</b>.</li><li>Experience in <b>audits, training delivery, and content development</b>.</li><li>Willingness to <b>travel extensively across North East India</b>.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><b>Why Join Udaan Hotels &amp; Resorts?</b></p><p>If you are passionate about <b>developing people, building operational excellence, and creating a lasting impact</b>, join us and become a part of our growth journey across the North East.</p><img src="https://www.jobg8.com/Tracking.aspx?9iugue7yfqgZb8Hy%2b5NkjaNPhmkOOkELg" width="0" height="0" />
