Are you a Clinical Psychologist with deep expertise in comprehensive dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) , and a genuine passion for working with clients navigating self-harm, suicidality, and emotion dysregulation? Evidence Based Treatment Centers of Seattle (EBTCS) is seeking a full-time psychologist to join our highly skilled, deeply collaborative consultation team in beautiful downtown Seattle.

EBTCS is home to four treatment programs: Child Anxiety Center, Adult Anxiety Center, DBT Center, and Eating Disorders Center, united by a mission to deliver state-of-the-art, evidence-based psychological treatment with genuine compassion and care.

Who We're Looking For

Above all, we are looking for a psychologist who is deeply committed to providing gold-standard comprehensive DBT for individuals struggling with self-harm, suicidality, and other problems related to emotion dysregulation. We want a clinician who lives and breathes DBT, loves working with DBT clients, and is excited about sitting on a consultation team with like-minded providers. What You'll Do

Provide a minimum of 20 clinical contact hours per week with adolescents, caregivers, and adults across our Outpatient and Intensive Outpatient Programs. Treatments include:

  • Comprehensive DBT, including individual therapy, skills group, and between-session phone coaching
  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
  • Behavioral Parent Training
  • PE, CPT, ERP, and other evidence-based care for co-occurring conditions

You will participate in weekly team consultation meetings, collaborate with psychologists and specialists across our clinical teams, and complete documentation in our EHR system. Our administrative team handles all intake, waitlist management, billing, insurance communication, and scheduling, so you can focus entirely on exceptional clinical work.

Guaranteed Salary

$117,500 or more

For approximately 20 clinical hours per week for early-career psychologists, with higher compensation based on licensure, training, and experience.

Generous Bonus Program

~$130,000

Current average pay after the first year for 22 clinical hours per week, with additional hours compensated generously.

Qualifications

  • PsyD or PhD credential
  • Licensed in Washington State, or able to begin the licensure process immediately
  • Expertise in comprehensive DBT , the single most important qualification
  • Genuine passion for clinical work with adolescents, caregivers, and adults
  • Identifies as a behavioral therapist, grounded in evidence-based approaches
  • Knowledge of evidence-based treatments for co-occurring conditions (e.g., trauma, substance use, depression, anxiety)
  • Thrives in a collaborative team environment, actively seeks and provides consultation
  • Excited to build networking connections within the DBT and broader clinical communities
  • Committed to providing inclusive, culturally sensitive care to all clients and colleagues
