Salary: Up to ₹35,000 CTC per month (based on experience)

About the Role

Union Living is looking for a Residence Manager to oversee day-to-day property operations and ensure an exceptional living experience for residents.

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused professional who can take ownership of operations, coordinate with multiple stakeholders, and maintain high service standards across the property.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the daily operations of the residence. Manage and coordinate on-ground staff, housekeeping teams, security personnel, and vendors. Address resident concerns and ensure timely resolution of issues. Maintain service quality standards and contribute to a positive resident experience. Ensure smooth functioning of operational, maintenance, and facility-related requirements. Coordinate with internal teams to support occupancy, resident engagement, and operational excellence. Monitor property upkeep and ensure compliance with operational processes.

Requirements

Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Hands-on approach to operations and team management. Ability to manage resident interactions professionally and resolve issues effectively. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Comfortable working in a dynamic, resident-focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications

Prior experience in hospitality, operations, property management, co-living, student housing, hotels, or managed living environments. Familiarity with local languages and cultures may be beneficial for resident communication and relationship management. Experience managing vendors, service teams, or residential operations is an advantage.
