Role Description The Product Designer role at HITEC ENTERPRISES is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. In this role, the Product Designer will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business goals and user needs into intuitive, user-centered product experiences. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting user research, developing user flows and journey maps, creating wireframes and high-fidelity visual designs, and iterating on concepts based on feedback and testing. The Product Designer will participate in design workshops, present design solutions to the team, maintain design systems and guidelines, and ensure consistency across products. The role also involves partnering with engineering during implementation to refine interactions and verify that the final product matches design intent and quality standards.
