Physical Therapist Assistant – Geriatric Rehab (Skilled Nursing & Long-Term Care)

Tender Touch Rehab Services is seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to provide high-quality, patient-centered care for seniors in skilled nursing and long-term care settings. The PTA will implement individualized treatment plans under the direction of a Physical Therapist, focusing on improving mobility, function, and quality of life. Responsibilities include therapeutic exercises, gait and balance training, patient and family education, accurate documentation, and collaboration with an interdisciplinary team.
