The company manages projects across life sciences, higher education, multifamily, commercial interiors, and real estate development sectors throughout Greater Boston. Known for its collaborative culture, strong client relationships, and impressive project portfolio, the firm continues to experience significant growth and offers employees direct exposure to leadership and high-profile clients. Job Description Manage projects from planning through completion Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and project stakeholders Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and reporting Coordinate architects, engineers, contractors, and consultants Lead project meetings and maintain project documentation Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies Ensure projects meet quality, schedule, and financial objectives Provide regular communication and updates to leadership and clients MPI does not discriminate on the basis of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, national origin, age, disability, veteran status, marital status, or based on an individual's status in any group or class protected by applicable federal, state or local law.
