Role: Business Development Executive (Sales)

This is a high-impact, revenue-focused role where you'll be responsible for converting leads into paying customers and driving growth for BluEarn.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert qualified leads into customers through calls, demos, and meetings
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle: pitch negotiate close
• Understand customer pain points and position BluEarn effectively
• Conduct product demos tailored to client needs
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to improve conversion
• Maintain pipeline, track deals, and achieve monthly targets

Requirements

• Proven ability in sales / business development / lead conversion
• Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
• Ability to handle objections and close deals confidently
• Experience in hospitality industry is a big plus
• Familiarity with SaaS or tech products is preferred
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and startup-ready mindset
