This position is responsible for ensuring smooth and reliable operation of the power plant through efficient field operations and maintenance, achieving production targets safely and cost-effectively.

Job Description

• Supervisemanual operations of the plant in shifts and manage shift handovers.


• Reviewprevious shift reports to monitor operational parameters and ongoing tasks.


• Taketimely corrective actions to prevent stoppages and operational disturbances.


• Handletroubleshooting and emergencies under guidance of Section In-charge.


• Ensureoptimal utilization of all equipment and report any emergencies immediately.


• Coordinateand monitor shutdowns, repairs, and maintenance activities, including off-hourswork.


• Conductcontinuous plant inspections and manage cleaning contractor labour as required.


• Maintaindaily shift reports and follow isolation/de-isolation procedures to ensuresafety.


• Conducttoolbox talks (TBT) and enforce the Permit to Work System (PWS).

Experience and Qualification

• DAE Mechanical


• 03 to 06 years of relevant experience

Specific Requirements

• Troubleshootingof waste heat boilers & turbine auxiliaries.
