Deputy Manager- Health, Safety & Environment (HR)

Role Purpose- Responsible to protect workers from job-related injuries and illnesses, identify and mitigate physical, chemical and biological hazards in the workplace as well as improving training and communications that clearly explain the company objectives for promoting a safe and healthy workspace. Roles & Responsibilities- - Make the yearly safety calendar in order to improve the safety activities - Execute risk assessment & KYT (Danger prediction) process as per the plan to control/minimize the positional hazard in the process - Co-ordinate with the respective department head to set the safety process parameters - Organize monthly departmental audits for all the plants in order to ensure safe practices & environment for the employees - Conduct the plant safety inspection/safety patro
